Hypnosis
Hypnosis is the means to communicate
directly with the Subconscious Mind… our storehouse of knowledge, memory, old beliefs and perceptions, as well
as a powerhouse for creativity and infinite
possibility.
Hypnosis is a natural state
of mind, something we experience throughout the day.
Consider the state between
feeling fully awake and before completely asleep, or perhaps
when becoming deeply engrossed in a movie or a book. Another
experience of the hypnotic state is reaching your driving
destination without remembering the journey itself. Yet just
as the ability to drive is maintained, so is the ability
to remain fully aware of surroundings with the freedom of
movement under Hypnosis.
In actuality, hyperawareness
is reached in the hypnotic state, elevating our senses and
opening the door to our Subconscious Mind.
Guided Hypnosis creates
an opportunity for suggestions to gently move through that
open door, allowing new ideas to be implanted. Transformation
begins when the Subconscious Mind accepts the suggestions.
